Locate the QR Code: On the box, you’ll find a sticker with a QR code.
Scan to Start: Use your smartphone to scan the QR code. This will take you directly to our online Quick Start Guide.
Account Registration:- New Customers: Go to the SmartHQ Service Customer Portal to register a new account. - Existing Customers: If you already have an account, simply sign in.
Important: Only account owners should complete device registration, not technicians.
Verify Your Account: After registering, look for a verification email to confirm your account.If you don’t receive a verification email, you may already have an account. Enter your email address on the login page and select "Forgot Password" if necessary.
Log In: Access your Customer Portal and go to the Your Purchases section.
Choose the option to activate your Bundle Pack.
Input the MAC ID located on the Bluetooth module included with your device. This field is case-sensitive, so ensure you use capital letters.
Repeat steps 1 & 2 to include all MAC ID’s of Bundle Packs.
Once validated, the "Available Licenses" count will update to reflect your new total.
Submit the information to validate your purchase.
In the "Technicians" section, click the “Allocate Licenses” button which appears after redeeming your licenses.
This opens a new window where you can add technician details.
Fill out the form with the technician’s details: First NameLast NameEmail AddressDevice (choose from dropdown menu)
Optionally add any remarks in the “Remarks” field, useful for notes such as "temporary technician" or "seasonal worker."
Click on “Add More Technicians” if you are allocating licenses to multiple technicians.
Click "Save" to confirm the details and allocate the license.
Once the license is allocated, the technician will receive an onboarding email containing all necessary information to begin using their assigned services or devices.
Monitor Technician Status: You can view and manage all technician statuses and allocated licenses from the “Technicians” dashboard.
Adjustments and Updates: If necessary, you can reallocate licenses or update technician information by revisiting the "Allocate Licenses" section.
